The gastropubs have been fashionable now for the last 20 something years.  The term “gastropub” was coined in 1991 from a couple of guys who took over London’s The Eagle pub.  It's become just as important to pair handcrafted beers with food as much as wine.  Pairing food and craft beers are here to stay and so here's a cheat sheet to help with your adventure.
